Truth is -- The Empirical Method is a Farce (see my page).

This is because all researchers using the empirical method (all secular researchers and many religious ones) are continually learning something new -- they did not know before!

This means they do NOT have all the facts and do NOT know how many pieces of the puzzle are still missing.

Thus, they can NEVER draw an accurate conclusion.

The only way to get truth is IF THERE EXISTS A PERSON -- WHO IS:

1 ALL KNOWING

2 ACCESSIBLE

3 RELIABLE

I AM CONVINCED THERE IS SUCH A PERSON, called God, AND THE BIBLE IS HIS BOOK -- the only source from one who has all the facts, is accessible, and is perfect in all his attributes.

WHILE FAITH IS IMPORTANT, WE MUST DO - DUE DILIGENCE TO PROVE THIS TO OURSELVES AND OTHERS.

We cannot ASSUME ANYTHING.

WE MUST DO THIS USING WHAT I CALL THE JURY DUTY METHOD.  

That is -- we must examine and compare all available physical evidences related to the Bible.

This is because, God, like any other person, is revealed in what he has made, in what he has done, and in what he has said, and has caused to be written.

And these must all be used together, just like on jury duty, to arrive at the truth.

Psalm 19 is a Biblical example of this - 6 verses of physical evidence -- 7 verses of Bible.

These COMBINE to produce the consecrated heart of the Psalmist, King David in verser 14:

Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.

An excellent way to compare Scripture and physical evidence is by studying the Exodus and Red Sea Crossing.  

Stunning archaeological evidence has come to light in the last 30 years confirming the Bible account of the Exodus.

The Israelites spent 40 years in the Sinai and Arabian areas and surely the five books of Moses were penned there. 

On a sticky but critical subject --.

The big question of Bible versions MUST BE considered,-- it cannot be overlooked as is the custom of many, for fear of hurting someone's feelings.

The King James and Geneva bibles are PRE-DARWIN -- modern bibles are POST-DARWIN.

This makes a huge difference -- Darwinism made for a huge PARADIGM SHIFT.

THIS INFECTED, LIKE A PLAGUE ,FOR THE MUCH MUCH WORSE, OUR WHOLE ACADEMIC AND LITERARY WORLD.

Darwinism is a major offensive on the part of evil, it is NOT, simply a science thing.

Many of our modern terms and concepts are caused by the wrongful thinking of Darwinism.

The King James, Geneva, and other old bibles are based on the Traditional New Testament Text.

Modern bibles are translated from the Critical New Testament Text.

There are about 1000 words of difference between the two.

Many of these may seem to be small differences to a casual bible reader, but not so to a serious bible student.

Furthermore there is a cumulative effect of many small changes.

Modern bibles are oftentimes accommodating to the wrongful conceptions of Darwinism and to liberal ideas, in order to be modern.

Modern versions are bent in the politically-correct direction.

They avoid or fudge on the supernatural, on creationism, on gender distinctions, and in other ways.

Furthermore modern versions are profit motivated - the publishers have a sharp eye on the bottom line.
