I'm very suspicious, frankly, of MOST preachers, of exactly who's sides they are really on.
A good preacher MUST be a knowledgeable Creationist!
Jesus said in Matthew 7:
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord,
shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord,
have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew
you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
The New Testament urges us in
1 Peter 1:
10 Wherefore
the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye
shall never fall.
The folks to whom Jesus will say "depart from me,"
are false believers, false workers.
I very much think Satan has more preachers on his side
than God does.
Preachers, I believe, are also under great peer pressure to "stay in line."
Preaching Creation Science is said, by evil folks, to be a sidetrack, or unspiritual.
