Preachers Who Say, "I Am Lousy At Math And Science, So I Went Into The Ministry," Make Me Suspicious

Preachers who say, “I am lousy at math and science, so I went into the ministry,” really make me mad and very suspicious.

I am extremely suspicious these types are quite shallow in their confidence in the Bible.

A jury is convinced by the combination of BOTH testimonies and corroborating physical evidences. It's the same for church folks!!!

I visited Ken Ham's excellent Creation Museum near Cincinnati last year.

In his great visitor's welcome briefing he gives the sad news that perhaps 2/3 of our young church folks grow up to leave our Christian churches.

I fully agree with him - we are giving them Bible STORIES, WITHOUT the corroborating evidences.

They get STORIES instead of, THE TRUTH, from our churches.

As though, outwardly they are still sitting in church, but inwardly they are ALREADY GONE. How very sad.

I'm very suspicious, frankly, of MOST preachers, of exactly who's sides they are really on.

A good preacher MUST be a knowledgeable Creationist!

Jesus said in Matthew 7:

²¹Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

²²Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

²³And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

The New Testament urges us in 1 Peter 1:

¹⁰Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall.

The folks to whom Jesus will say "depart from me," are false believers, false workers.

I very much think Satan has more preachers on his side than God does.

Preachers, I believe, are also under great peer pressure to "stay in line."

Preaching Creation Science is said, by evil folks, to be a sidetrack, or unspiritual.
