TRUTH - THE EMPIRICAL METHOD IS A FARCE - ONLY GOD HAS ALL ANSWERS -- HE'S THE REAL SOURCE OF TRUTH!

Wikipedia says:

"The word empirical denotes information gained by means of observation, experience, or experiment.

A central concept in science and the scientific method is that all evidence must be empirical, or empirically based, that is, dependent on evidence or consequences that are observable by the senses."

Scientists, researchers, etc., are --

ALWAYS DISCOVERING NEW THINGS THEY DID NOT KNOW BEFORE.

THEN, THEY HAVE TO CHANGE THEIR "STORY."

SO, The gigantic fallacy with this ENTIRE system is that one CANNOT make an accurate decision without HAVING ALL THE FACTS.

BUT, researchers are continually discovering NEW facts they did NOT know before.

The whole system is hopelessly flawed.

Sure -- I should qualify my viewpoint --
If you are building furniture for your house, or computing gas mileage for your car, or some other common task -- involving the "here and now," the empirical method will work.
But, even these deserve inquiry with God -- maybe God wants you doing something different.
But, if you're talking about consciousness, God, the future, eternity, salvation, human nature, gender, evil, or anything along these lines, the empirical method will fail you.
To reach the truth in such matters we must have:
1. An all-knowing person - aka. God
2. Who is reliable
3. Who is accessible
The Bible is the answer to these requirements.
However, one, MUST, use the Jury Duty method, - that is - compare testimonies and physical evidences together, over a wide range on particulars, to confirm that the bible IS God's book.
Also, one must be very fussy, finicky, etc., in what one decides IS true bible text and what is NOT.

ONLY GOD HAS ALL FACTS, AND, IS RELIABLE, AND CAN BE ACCESSED.

God really has made this do-able. It CAN be done without abnormal intelligence or resources. God expects us to do it. He gives most of us a lifetime to figure it out.

It really can be done.

But many folks WANT to AVOID the TRUTH.

Sir Winston Churchill said:

Saint Peter said some people are "willfully ignorant."

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life:

no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
